Constellation Energy seeks a Sr RP ALARA Specialist to lead advanced radiation protection and ALARA programs supporting safe, efficient energy operations. In this senior role, you will plan and optimize radiological work, conduct dose and risk assessments, and develop effective shielding and contamination controls. You’ll guide outage and project planning to minimize exposure, ensure compliance with NRC and related standards, and lead trending, reporting, and corrective actions. Partner with cross-functional teams, provide expert coaching on RP/ALARA, and help drive a strong safety and sustainability culture across our nuclear and energy facilities.
