At Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC), we're more than just a healthcare organization - we're a community dedicated to making a meaningful impact. For more than 60 years, we've been providing compassionate, high-quality care in the Greater Brainerd Lakes Area and beyond. A Day in the Life of a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist

You'll enter, update, and review provider information in systems such as Symplr Provider, CAQH, and Microsoft Teams while preparing forms, organizing documentation, and tracking outstanding information. The work requires sustained attention to detail during repetitive tasks, careful handling of confidential information, and consistent follow-through when documentation is missing, incomplete, or outdated. You'll work closely with experienced credentialing and enrollment staff, asking questions when needed and communicating discrepancies or barriers that require additional review. Work is structured around established procedures, checklists, deadlines, and quality standards, with expectations for increasing accuracy, productivity, and independence as your knowledge and proficiency develop.
