09/17/2026 4155 Kelnor Drive, Grove City, Ohio, 43123, United States of AmericaDaVita is hiring a Dialysis Experienced Technician (PCT) Float for the Greater Columbus, Ohio region and support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
* Must have reliable transportation for purpose of this Float Dialysis Tech position
Key Responsibilities
Must have flexible availability to cover regional clinic needs
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Requirements
Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics throughout the Columbus, Ohio region
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
